Important Information About Our Shear Subscription Box!

Billing Schedule:

• When You Sign Up: If you sign up anytime during the month up to the 26th, you'll be charged immediately for your first box.
• Monthly Charges: You'll be charged again in the first week of the next month (between the 1st and 7th) for your next box, unless you're on a prepaid plan.

Customization Process:

• All of our subscription boxes are custom-made for each of our awesome members.
• We consider your engraving choices, favorite colors, shear preferences, and shirt sizes to ensure each box is just right for you.
• Each box comes with a handwritten note, making your experience even more special.

Shipping Schedule:

• Boxes start shipping in the second half of the month up until the last day.
• If you sign up late in the month (around the 25th), you may receive your first box in the first week of the next month, since we take the time to carefully customize it for you.
• You could receive two boxes in the first month: your first box and then your next box during that month’s regular shipment.
